- Send an SMS with “PLC” and your CNIC to 8070 using an active SIM card.
- Visit the nearest veterinary office to submit required documents, including CNIC and proof of livestock ownership.
- Complete the application for the loan and receive the Livestock Card upon approval.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the program, farmers must:
- Be residents of Punjab.
- Own between 5 to 10 livestock animals.
- Possess a valid CNIC and an active SIM in their name.
